4 days TOUR FROM TANGIER TO FES AND RABAT

DAY 1 : TANGIER – CHEFCHAOUeN - FEZ

After meeting you at the port, our professional travel agency’s staff will drive you to enjoy the scenery Rif Mountains and their villages before we reach Chefchaouen.

Chefchaouen is located in the Rif Mountains of northwest Morocco and famous for its blue-washed and striking buildings. It has a Spanish-style. You will walk through the beautiful crafts stores, cafes, and roof-top restaurants where you will have lunch before we drive to Fez.

You will spend the night in Fez town at the Riad/hotel.

DAY 2: FEZ – IFRANE – MIDELT - ZIZ VALLEY - MERZOUGA

After having breakfast at your accommodation, our destination will be Merzouga exploring the following cities and places in our journey:

⦁ Ifrane city is known for its special clean and green environment ( some call it Switzerland of Morocco). In winter it is the direction of many Moroccan people to enjoy the snow, and in summer, it is a home for those who look for fresh weather.

⦁ Cèdre Gouraud Forest. It is a woodland area in the Middle Atlas Mountain. It was named for the French general Henri Gouraud. Cèdre Gouraud Forest exists between Azrou and Ifrane. In this place, you will be able to see trees climbed by the Berber apes.

⦁ Ziz valley where you can enjoy the wonderful gorges. You may love to take some photos of this valley. It is known of the palm groves and the variety of crops. It is considered an Alouite dynasty which still rules Morocco.

After Errachdia (where we will have lunch), we will continue our journey Travelling Rissani and Erfoud to reach Merzouga.

The tour will be resumed when we ride camels towards Erg Chebbi sand dunes. (the largest sand desert in Morocco). In a traditional Saharan tent, you will spend an unforgotten night under a sky full of stars listening to Berber music and drums.

DAY 3: MERZOUGA - TODGHA GORGE - DADES VALLEY

After the special night and in the early morning, you will ride camels going back to Merzouga and enjoying the beautiful sunrise in the desert at the same time. In your way, you wouldn’t miss enjoying the mysterious sand-sea of the Erg-Chebbi.

In Merzouga, you will have a nice breakfast and take a shower which will make you feel ready to experience more. After you finish doing that, you will visit:

⦁ Tinghir and Todra gorges are a series of limestone river canyons. Most visitors enjoy hiking and passing by the nomad who comes down to the gorge to get water. Todgha Gorges are considered the highest and narrowest gorges in Morocco.

⦁ Dades Valley is a series of rugged wadi gorges carved out by the Dades River. The river originates in the High Atlas range of the Atlas mountains. The majestic sand castles and monkey toes (a fascinating rock formation) in Ddaes valley are a point of attraction for tourists.  In Dades, you will have dinner and stay the night.

DAY 4: DADES VALLEY – OUARZAZATE - AIT BENHADDOU - MARRAKECH

Kalaat Mgouna will be the next point when we finish breakfast.

Through the Dades Valley, we will reach Kalaat Mgouna which is known of the amazing sand Kasbahs (castles) of which you may want to take some beautiful pictures. Kalaat Mgouna takes its name from the nearby M’Goun mountain. While we are in Kalaat Mgouna (called also the rose city), you will be able to buy the rosewater which its good smell lasts for many days after you splash a little over your body.

When we arrive Ouarzazate ” The Hollywood of Africa”,(Many films were shot in the Hollywood of Africa such as  Gladiator, Lawrence of Arabia and Alexander) you will visit the Kasbah of Ben Haddou (one of the last Berber chieftains during the 18th built by Et Hami El Glaoui). It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site composed of kasbahs (forts). It is one of the most important fortresses on the old Salt Road caravan route.

 Traveling through Tizin’Tichka, (2260m over the High Atlan Mountains and one of the famous mountains in Morocco) you will reach Marrakech.
