DAY 1 :CASABLANCA AIRPORT TO FES

An English speaking driver will be waiting for you at the international airport Mohamed 5 – Casablanca. Fes city is where you will be traveling to from Casablanca. In case you arrived at Casablanca- Morocco in the early morning, you will be taken to visit one of the famous mosques in Africa and the world in general. Masjid ( mosque) Hassan 2 which holds the name of the Moroccan king Hassan 2 ( 1929- 1999) who started ruling in 1969 until he died in 1999. This mosque is considered the largest mosque in Africa and the third in the world. It can contain 25.000 worshippers covering 24,000 square. Besides being a place of praying, a culture center with a library, museum and a Koranic school are parts of the giant building. The Corniche is the place you will explore next. You will notice the beaches, cafes, swimming, and restaurants that go consecutively along with it. Once you are in Fes city after a straight drive, you will be able to visit the famous gate of Bab Boujloud. This historical gate is the western entrance to Fes El Bali( the old city of Fes). Bab Boujloud is a still-standing 12th monument. It is a triple-arched gate. The Moorish architectural forms are what were used to build this ancient architecture in such way. when you are done footing for a while, Riad in the medina will be your direction by overnight. Riad is a name used for the Moroccan traditional house. It usually consists of two or more stories around an Andalusian-style with many separate rooms. The fountain is a main part of Riad.

DAY 2: FES TO MERZOUGA VIA MIDELT, ERRACHiDIA, RISSANI THEN MERZOUGA

The tour will be resumed the next day. After having a Moroccan breakfast, you will be driven to Merzouga. Ifrane city will be your first stopping point. This city is known for its special clean and green environment ( some call it Switzerland of Morocco). In winter it is the direction of many Moroccan people to enjoy the snow, and in summer, it is a home for those who look for fresh weather. Then we will travel through Cèdre Gouraud Forest. It is a woodland area in the Middle Atlas Mountain. It was named for the French general Henri Gouraud. Cèdre Gouraud Forest exists between Azrou and Ifrane. In this place, you will be able to see trees climbed by the Berber apes. After your arrival at Middelt (the capital of apples) around noon. In a local restaurant, you will enjoy having lunch. You will take the bus back heading to the Tizi-n-Tlghamt. In your path, you will be traveling through the Ziz valley in which you will enjoy its wonderful gorges. You may love to take some photos of this valley, which famous of the palm groves, and the variety of crops. After that, you will reach Erfoud. Erfoud is an oasis town in the Sahara Desert. It is divided into individual houses and several districts: Hay Salam, Hay Jdid, Hay Ziz, Hay el Bathaa, Hay Annahda, and Hay el Hamri. A famous festival of dates is held in this town celebrates the date harvest every year from 15 to 30th of October. Dates are an important source for most people to make a living. Getting to Merzouga is also included. by the afternoon, you will be in Merzouga’s fascinating dunes. Your night will be spent in Erg Chebbi which. Erg Chebbi is an incredible, natural wind-blown formation. Over dunes, a Berber tent will be ready for you.

DAY 3: MERZOUGA TO DADES GORGES VIA TODGHA GORGE THEN DADES VALLEY

In the morning, you will wake up to enjoy the amazing sunrise in the Sahara desert over the dunes.

To Merzouga, you will ride camels enjoying the beauty of the sand dunes of Erg Chebbi.

When you are back at the hotel, you will have breakfast. After a short break, you will visit:

⦁ Rissani: one of The Alouite dynasty which still governs Morocco. The Souks Traditional markets) might be an interesting place for you to visit. While you are there, you will notice that most people still wear an interesting traditional Saharan dress.

⦁ Todgha Gorges and Tinghir which is Located in the south of the Atlas and the north of the little Atlas. Todgha Gorges are a series of limestone river canyons. Most visitors enjoy hiking and passing by the nomad who comes down to the gorge to get water. Todgha Gorges are considered the highest and narrowest gorges in Morocco. Todgha Valley is where we will have lunch.

⦁ Dades Gorges: series of rugged wadi gorges carved out by the Dades River in Morocco. The river originates in the High Atlas range of the Atlas mountains. The majestic sand castles and monkey toes (a fascinating rock formation) in Ddaes valley are a point of attraction for tourists. In Dades Gorges, we will

spend the night at the hotel.

DAY 4: DADES GORGES TO MARRAKECH VIA AIT BENHHADOU AND THE HIGH ATlAS

Your 4th day on this trip, you will be going through the High Atlas Mountains to Ouarzazate. It is also nicknamed The Hollywood of Africa. Many movies were shot in Ouarzazate such as Kingdom of Heaven (2005), The Last Temptation of Christ (1988), and a part of the TV series Game of Thrones). In your travel, you will begin with the rose valley. If you are lucky and it is springtime, you will enjoy the beautiful flowers and the spots from where they dilate them. You will be visiting A 17-century kasbah when you arrive. Skoura is an oasis known for ist fertile lined with vast palm groves. The next place in your journey is Kasbah Ait Benhaddou in Ouarzazate. Kasbah Ait Benhaddou is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It contains many kasbahs (forts). It is one of the most important fortresses on the old Salt Road caravan route. Towards your hotel or Riad, you will be headed in the afternoon.

DAY 5: TRANSFER TO MARRAKECH AIRPORT OR CASABLANCA AIRPORT

On the fifth day, the airport will be traveling enjoying the scenic roads and nature.
